Here's a visual summary of my trip to the Hunterian a few weeks ago. The place was sort of old and dusty but that gave it a kind of authenticity that I miss at a lot of modern museums and galleries. Unfortunately most of it was closed off for renovations.
There were a lot of ethnic artifacts, body parts in formaldehyde, and stuffed siamese animals and a giant skeleton. Places like this always make me wish I had more space and time.
